- Exhibitor must declare their nature of business and no auction, lottery or game of chance or other side show or business.
- The Exhibitor shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Organizer against all actions, liabilities, proceedings, claims, cost or expenses which the Organizer may suffer, incur or sustain in connection with or arising in any way whatsoever out of the use of the facilities by the exhibitor.
- All goods held on site remain the responsibility of the Exhibitor. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft during the exhibition.
- Exhibitors are to ONLY display or exhibit their products within the canopy area ONLY and any illegal extension will be dismantled.
- The Exhibitor must maintain the cleanliness of the rented kiosk during the exhibition. Usage of polyfoam packaging is prohibited.
